How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers and city journeys, 24 hours is comfortable and same-day is usually possible. For Hajj and Umrah season group movements, book as early as you can — coaches are allocated months ahead.
How long is Makkah to Madinah by road?
About 4 hours 30 minutes for the 450 km run, including one comfort stop. Coaches carrying larger groups usually add 20–30 minutes.
Can you help with an Umrah visa?
Yes. Our Umrah Visa Services team reviews your documents, files the application through the licensed channel, and guides you through obtaining Umrah permits in the Nusuk app once the visa is issued. Transport can be booked against the same reference.
Are child seats available?
Yes, on request and at no extra charge. Tell us the child’s age when you enquire so the correct seat is fitted before the vehicle is assigned.
Do you stop at the Meeqat for ihram?
Yes. Meeqat stops are built into Umrah transfers from Jeddah and Madinah at no additional cost. Tell us if you need extra time there.
How close to the Haram can we be dropped?
As close as the access rules allow on the day, which changes with crowd management. Drivers know the current drop-off points and will take you to the nearest permitted one.
How do we pay, and can you invoice?
Cash, bank transfer or card for one-off journeys. Contract clients are invoiced monthly on agreed terms, with a trip log that reconciles line by line. International bank transfers accepted.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 12 hours before pickup and there is no charge. Inside 12 hours we ask for a partial fee, since the vehicle and driver are already committed.
